For your convenience, we accept payments made by cash, check, and Visa and MasterCard. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. Financing for longer-term payment plans is available through Care Credit, many of which are interest-free. We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claim as a courtesy to you. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit or you may provide it by phone or fax to our office manager prior to your appointment.

Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. We will do our best to estimate your cost as accurately as possible. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
