Your Time is Valuable. We appreciate your choosing us to provide for your oral health needs. We schedule generous time for your appointments. We do not overbook or double book our schedule. You will not be kept waiting more than ten minutes for your appointment without an explanation, an offer to reschedule, or some form of compensation.
Our commitment to you doesn't end at our office door. In the event of pain or emergency, Dr. Casiglia can always be reached personally by cell phone. You will never wait more than 24 hours for an emergency appointment.
We value your trust and loyalty. We understand and appreciate that your faith in us and your referrals to friends and family are what truly define a successful practice. To show our gratitude, we will issue you an account credit for each individual that joins our practice as a result of your referral. These are cumulative and there is no limit to the amount you may accrue. Ask Lucy for details.
We appreciate prompt payment. To show our appreciation for timely settling of cash account balances, a 5% courtesy will be applied if payment in full is made at the time of treatment.
We back up our work. Dental work can represent a significant financial investment. We stand behind our work with a warranty program where we will replace or repair damage or failure. This means that we may replace work that does not meet our standards -- even if it is not causing you a problem and you have not noticed it. You need only consistently attend your recall appointments, and we will monitor the work for you.
